Nico graduated from the University of Canberra with a Masters of Physiotherapy after completing her Bachelor of rehabilitation and research degree of sports rehabilitation in China.

Before moving to Australia, Nico gained two years of experience working in both public and private healthcare settings in China.

With a research background, Nico strives to apply evidence-based practices in physiotherapy. She is passionate about her profession and enjoys collaborating with clients to help them achieve their health and movement goals.

As a people-oriented professional, she is dedicated to delivering personalised and effective care. Nico’s areas of interest include general musculoskeletal pain and post-operative rehabilitation.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, watching movies and has recently taken up learning the guitar.
